My personal experience with it:
Spent $19.45 for 1000 Grams. It is Creatine Anhydrous not Creatine Monohydrate. I have been taking two servings (5 Grams) per day. I have to tell you it is the best supplement I have ever bought. Several reasons: 1) It is cheap cheap and cheap. 2) The effects are so much better than 1st general creatine. 3) I also have not noticed the bloated feeling you get with some creatine products.
If you need some creatine get this stuff you will not go wrong. dpsnutrition.com and massnutrition.com both have it for a good price. I want to try their Glutamine next to see if it is better than what I am using now.
