Are you taking any Dbol now? That can make your piss burn if you dont drink a ton of water.
Either way, don't worry about it. Even if it is an SDK, all the ones that make your piss burn (prolly just chlamidia or gonnorrea) are easily curable with a shot in the ass (you should be used to that) and 7 days of doxycycline at 100mg.
So, no worries. Just get to doc an take care of it before pus starts seeping out your dick. Believe me, avoiding that will be worth paying for everything without insurance.

Reminds me of a "funny" story......an ex-girlfriend found out - after I broke up with her, of course - that I was dating someone (my current wife). She decided to take out a restraining order against me just to make things really memorable between us. Her stipulations to the judge (my attorney told me not even to fight it, in VA all the woman has to do is say she's scared of you and voila, instant restraining order) were that I could have no contact whatsoever with her, but that she could contact me whenever she wanted. Btw... neither genital warts (HPV) nor Herpes (HSV I or II) make your piss burn. So, it isn't those.
Others things it could be besides chlamidia and gonnorrhea... candida (yeast infection) or a bladder infection.... e-coli infection if you've been hittin her backdoor...
All are possible. All are curable. DOn't worry about it. Just go to the doctor. Get tested for everything. And he'll probably give you a shot in the ass and some antibiotics just in case anyway.
I wouldn't blame the girl. She may have not known it herself at the time. Many people are asymptomatic. Only one to blame is yourself (sucks, but true) cuz ya didn't wear a condom. I made the same mistake many times before I wised up.
