i have been tryin to figure this out but i cant.what physique to girls want more. real cut:,big muscles with a higher bf:,or big muscles in general? i know it differs from girl to girl but there has got to be some constant( besides the muscle) what frame should be attained. not gonna change for anyone jus curious is what girls are more attracted 2, jus to c what my competition looks like.

well, I'll tell you that some women are intimidated by guys with biiiig muscles....I didn't really believe it until I had some girls tell me that they were afraid I'd crush them if I got on top of them.....lol

you should just build the body you want and take the girls that like that body type. Do not get a body just for the girls. There are girls out there for all type of men. so do not sweat it.

i from va and thats what im sayin 2.man its like all the girls are wantin that type of guy. who doesnt lift take care of himself. well to eaches own i guess.about the comment about doing it for me: that is so true, "take me for what i am and what im not" thats my new motto now.and "Go hard or go home" and a few other liftin mottos.

Girls want Mr. Toad's Wild Ride. If you get the chance and you have the ability to get them screamin they come back for more.
BUt I guess your question is more on how to get the chance. So... I would say Chem is right that girls will take any body type. BUt I have found that no matter what you look like, they are attracted to self-confidence. Project well, be confident, and you'll get the chance to give her Mr. Toad's Wild Ride.

now i hear this all the time adn i know its true..but for me it seems i cant get it together. i know doing anyhing for ur body is supposed to help ur confidence level but 4 me its just the same. i see the gains, thet fact i have more muscle then alot of guys i see and my bf is sorda low but nothing as far as confidence. any ponters all ears hear. i know this isnt a psycholgical forum, but there have got to be some lifters i here that suffered or suffer from confidence problems.and id like to hear how they overcame that obstacle or how they plan 2.

by the way girls want a lot more than i get....it is not always about sex we need pleasure too....
