Low carb question

Need a little advice guys.At work today where I walk around a lot during my 12 hour shift.I am feeling really flat and like my blood sugar is low ...dragging ass bigtime.

I have been doing the chicken breast/broccoli/tuna and salad deal 6xper day for the past 3 weeks , nothing else except some PB.Was at 213lbs,6ft even and 6.5% (3 site calipers) last Monday.Down to 207lbs this am, and will measure tomorrow, but I am sure under 6%.Sups I am using are - ECA 3 times per day, alt 125 fina/100 winnie eod.Figured that I am not doing clen or T3, so would drop the carbs altogether ...maybe this has not been too smart.I am still two weeks out from where I would like to be, do I just "shitload" for the day, or bring back a small amount of oatmeal with meals.Personally I would like the pigout, but would hate to screw everything up so close out, as things were looking great until late yesterday afternoon when this dragging set in. Training about 1 hour ,5 days per week, with 2 30 minute cardio sessions.

Man you have to have carbs of some kind in your body...it wont kill you to take in about 30 g of carbs post workout and the next meal following your post workout shake take in about the same amt of carbs say from oatmeal and in the post workout do as I and skip do eat some figs newtons or lowfat oreos or snackwells! This will keep you sane....good luck and I really recomend adding some carbs in your body needs them!
 
Thanks for the advice bro.Yeah, no carbing is miserable ...will definately follow your and Skips plan with the post workout sugars.
