New gym, new job

Well in 2 hours i start my new job. My one week trial member ship was up, so i had to go find a new gym too. So i stopped by the local WORLDS GYM. I walk in at 620 , yeah the place was slammed, i mean full. So i hope i work everyday at 10 so i can get a good work out in the morning and get in after work to run. I am feeling pretty good this is the start of my 3rd week

Glad to hear things are falling into place FBC. Where is the new gym? I remember one out on the west side near Broad st. Don't remember the name.

That is a good gym cat. BigShug and I tore it up with a great back day before I got married. Hot women and some pro's workout there. Good luck!

thanks man, im not a pro, but man some of those guys are huge. There are some very hot woman, i just hope i can keep my intinsity up with this new job

I need to ask for help more often. I always just go in and bust my ass, never ask for a spot, i think its holding me back. I really dont know anyone at the gym. And I just dont want to bother other people

Holy shit, man.....Jenny Hendershott and a few other fitness chicks were there when Saks and I went....

Oh yeah, those 185's at the end of the rack....I one arm rowed 'em.....YEAH BUDDY!!!!!!
