Ladies I need you help please ! (t3)

ok here is the deal my mom has hypothyriodisim (low thyroid) she is 53 y/o and is on a synthyriod medication at .125mg tabs now she was on a higher does and really liked it she had more energy and was losing weight wich is what she wants to do but her Dr will not put her back on it cause he is being an asshole now I was wondering if I was to get t3 for her as to how to adminster it so that the level of t3 is slighly over what she is taking now I also know that with thyriod it takes 2 weeks for the levels to go through your body so I would need to keep he at a level for 2 weeks befor I upped it again to fine her limit can anyone help me out any thoughts on this ? thanks for your help !

This post if from June, but I hope you didn't put her on anything while she was still on the .125mg of the synthoriod meds.
