Im new to the board thought Id post a pic. Im 38, started working out in Sept 2002. Ive made some progress so far but still have along way to go. Here is a Pic from last Sept. I was about 225 lbs and 25% BF and Ill post a pic from now next.

Here is a pic from yesterday. Im now aobut 205 lbs and am down to about 12% BF. Im shooting for 8-10% Bf and hope to get there by fall.
