water pills ? ie taraxatone (sp)

ok I have a question about water pills for a competion

A: how do you use them ?
B: should you use them (if holding water)
C: I have some GMC water pills are they just as good as taraxatone ? (sp)

I have used Taraxatone and did not see much. Of coarse my BF wasn't that low. I did piss a lot. But I also upped my water intake. The more in the more out. Hopefully someone else has something different

OK you can use them or get the "real" stuff aka aldactone and diazide...but to you use taraxatone I think I did it like this....3 pills on mon 3 on tues and 6 on wed and 3 on thurs none on fri and say...lemme look at my journal from last year and I can tell you I will get back to this one!
