... till July 6th or so (thanks, BG). I'm heading out on vacation, heading to a family reunion in MO, then out to a lake in Arkansas with my family.

Expect pictures of my progress when I get back! I plan on being a lot more tan, and a lot leaner (shooting for under 8% bf by then).

Be safe and have fun Al. Some beautiful country in northern Ark. Just watch out for snapping turtles when you go swimming.
Lots of vaccations comming up I see. Makes me want to go too, I love to travel! Have fun everyone, and come back safe.

Thanks, guys! I expect to have fun. And the last time some of these people (my family, at the reunion) saw me, I was almost 300 lbs. About half of them saw me this past xmas, though

The method? I'm working out today (normally an off day) so that I can take sat off. Sunday and monday I should be able to hit the gym no prob. Tues and thurs are normally off days, so I'm good there. I need to find a gym for next wed to do legs, and then fri and sat (not sure where I'll be for certain yet).
