Up 9lbs in 36 hours....

Well I had this pool party on Sat and the previous week, I followed a post that dpsquat posted about carb loading and dehydrating etc. along with some info for other bors on here. I got down to 181lbs that Sat morning. I felt like shit Fri, and sat. I almost puked trying to drink a glass of red wine that morning too lol. By the time the partying was done, I weighed my self again Sunday night. I was at 190lbs! This was my first time trying something like this and it really works!
 
Aint it lovely man what carb loading and depleting will do...today is my high carb day (preleg day) and I will add a good 3 or so lbs in one day and this is w/out slin.....
 
I dont get this.....I compete and have carbed loaded and also competited and not carb loaded....I did not have a drastic change in weight after the carb load......and when I did not load I felt alot harder and alot tighter...can someone touch on this....
 
IM following a low carb diet of 100 for 3 days then 60 for 2 days then carb up by just eatting all the crap i wanted. I went over board fri i gained 15lbs. i went from 205 on fri day mourning to 220 on sat mourning. Talk about a jump in weight. Im still alittle bloated but i will tell you my muscles are full though.

From now on im just going to have a cheat meal not a cheat day.
