When and should I start t3...

As of right now I am on all kinds of shit lol (theoretically of course) I am ramping up to 120mcg on the clen (this shit makes you jittery as hell damn and makes me hot as hell too but anyways) when should I throw in t3 how much etc.....oh yeah I am roughly 5 weeks out...I will post some quick ab pics to give you guys an idea of how lean I am...maybe that will help us decide when to start t3!

you want us to tell you when to start t-3 by assessing your photos, and the guidline you use for us is your a "TAD" leaner then those photos, lol, come on bro, this shit is a science brother!

Ok, here is my personal view on using t3 before a show:
I prefer using it early on in the diet phase since that is when I have the most bodyfat to burn off. It helps kick up the metabolism which is basically what you are trying to accomplish, so the sooner the better. For a 16 wk diet, I typically will use t3 for 4-5 weeks, and start sometime after wk 2 of dieting but always make sure I am off before I'm 4 wks out. My thinking on that is since the t3 will also eat muscle tissue, and the last 4 wks dieting get more restrictive I do not want to give away any size. It also affords me a couple weeks to ramp calories up if the t3 was too hard on me prior to that point.

at 4 weeks in till show your trying to burn every once of bf why waste it on the begining when you cna rotate carbs to trick body into burning the fat! at 4 wweeks out your body is turing into a furnace so your calls would go up with the increase of t/3... so if your buring muscle then you should of contacted me sooner
