Oh and I almost forgot, I have a few cop friends and they mentioned that DWI checks will be at an all time high this year, there has been a calling for a huge crack down.

If you guys have never been handcuffed, searched and thrown in jail for driving while intoxicated - I don't recommend it......humiliating at best

Be careful everyone.

They just lowered the blood alcahol level to .5 in SC down from .8.

2 or 3 beers or 1 shot of liquor on an empty stomach, and your fooked. I think that is for a 180 pound man

It's a little bit higher for a full stomach. Hell it takes damn near a whole large bottle of Jack to get me drunk.
