now 6ft tall

calves 17.5
bicep18
chest 54
quads 45
11-12%bft
wt down to 255
diet down to 230 by sept then start 16 week bulking.
plan on enter masters knoxville classic next june 2004 and another after that.
workout about 5 days a week . 2 times a day on thursday and friday. i now do cardio 6 days a week. 2 times times a day 4 days a week 30 min each session.

need at least 19-20 bicep bring up my calves too drop my waiste to 32 then bft to 4-5% then i be ok.

Welcome to MC bro, hope you stick around and share some knowledge. With 20 years under your belt and comp experience you must have truckloads of good stuff.
 
thanks all for the welcome i hope to gain some knowledge as well as spread some (if thats what you call it) . even at 45 i too am still learning
 
yeah 45. they will shrink some with all the cardio i am starting this week and i have cut down on the heavy squats to just extensions,stiff deads and front squats with higher reps.
