On all morning from after cardio till bout 1 when I head back to gym and then I get back on at 1230 after work....weekends I am usually busy around house and w/the lady and stuff!

every few days....obviously as this post started how many days ago? my internet isn't working at home for some reason and its hard to get online at work except for the weekends.
