personally i think it is a gold digger and the bitch needs her head kicked in...but then again i dont know the facts ...and OBVIOUSLY the DA and sheriff are fucking clueless on the matter...actually the sheriff just sounded like he was an attention whore and couldnt wait to drag kobe in...i hope they dont press charges and then kobe comes back and sues the county for fuckin up his name!

yeah! mike tyson was innocent. sortof. i seen a documentary on the rape incident and it made some convincing points. i know he's an aggressive dude and probably a criminal but i like him lol.

While I have absolutely no information that would really help me make an informed decision...
I wouldn't be surprised if he did somehow put himself into a compromising position, and the girl (a 19 year old local to the vale, co area) decided to take advantage of his mistake. It's a touch of a stretch to imagine he had nothing to do with her, even if it was just something playful (and innocent), but it's also a stretch to think he'd be stupid enough to actually assault someone.

Nothing yet, Kobe still contends that he's innocent and I think the defense will try and stand on the fact that the sheriff's dept bypassed the district attorney and went straight to the judge for the arrest warrant.......
