duck tales, he-man, the smurfs - cool
watching scrambled adult chanels on cable hoping to catch a glimpse of something (and they didn't scramble the sound) - cool
valley girls - like, totally uncool!
op, izod, polo - cool
guys wearing lee or calvin clien jeans - uncool
american cars - uncool (were there any cool american cars in the 80's)
