Creatine with ananvar?

Do any of you suggest taking creatine with anavar? I heard that anavar increases the absorption of creatine in the body. If so, then at what dose? 5 grams/day?

If my memory serves me right, I read a post about someone suggesting creatine along with anavar.  I'm not sure of the dosing though.

I don't know about the absortion being better with anavar, but there is an article that BIG DAVE wrote in the article forum about women and creatine....maybe it says something in there.  But I say a yes to creatine any time.(even though I don't use it, lol)  It is one of those things though, once you stop, your muscle losses the water that the creatine pushes into it....so while useing creatine, the muscle appears bigger (harder)....then when you quit.....back to normal it goes.  I can't remember the dose...sorry.....I would use what the container suggests if it was me, and I feel its best to take at night before bed.   But take a look at that article, its good reading.   Good luck <!--emo&--><img src="http://musclechemistry.mantisforums.com/IB3/iB_html/non-cgi/emoticons/biggrin.gif" border="0" valign="absmiddle" alt=''><!--endemo-->

I bumped that articel for ya......sorry it took me so long to give a response, I was waiting to see if anyone could answer your first question about the absortion rate....But I will take a look around and see if I can find one for you.

Thanks a lot Dezir, I was hoping someone would know something on this. I've just started getting into doing a cycle, and i just wanted some info before i get started. But, if you do find anything on it, that would be a real big help!!
