Okay. I am typing this email with my arm in a cast. Two weeks ago, I was in the softball game from HELL! My dumb-assed teammate didn't stop when I called him off a fly ball so there was a collision and glovehand ended up bent back. Last game of our losing season and I was excited to start training all summer. Now, I am watching what I eat and do cardio, but wanted to know if anyone could give me an ideal of some excercises I could do to at least keep the shoulders the same size. Bad enough my right arm is going to atrophy because it will be in a cast all summer. The thumb is covered in cast material and the only thing I can move freely are the fingers. Doc says the scaphoid bone has a fracture(this is one of the carpel bones in your wrist. Any suggestions are appreciated.
