I've hit the gym the way it needs to be, and now it's time to get on track...

The last 7 months, I've jumped on here from time to time.. and read read read.. but when you don't work out (because of weddings and getting shit ready for your first newborn) it almost seems hypocritcal to 'give advice' ESPECIALLY when you got some awesome members here who are active..


anyways.. i'm back.. i plan on refreshing my 'education' ... and hopefully putting in my .02 based off of any knowledge i can contribute as well as experience...

just like anything else.. fuck it.. gotta jump in w/ 2 feet ... again.. lol, and maybe i can work up to my calves, quads, chest, back arms.. etc..

so... anyways.. I'm back.. at least once a day.. even for 2 f'n minutes... i'll clock in if i gotta ... ahha... so see everyone around, and hopefully i'm welcomed back with open arms... *sniff...
