Here is my problem

I am at 195lbs right now just finished my 4th or 6th cycle I don't keep count. My upper body is coming along nice. My legs are still really skinny and I am starting to get some fat around my stomach, not a gut but enough for me to notice. If I cut down on calories and fat my abs will begin to show. But then my upper boday starts to shrink not to mention my legs. I will be starting my next cycle in August. Should I just keep doing bulk cycles until my legs and upper body are big and even and then worry about the fat or what should I do?
 
tough to say bro, really depends on your goals. you'll have to decide your self.

but for the legs try a routine called "20 rep squats" their is a thread about it in the strength training forum
