DAMN!!!


Started working out again this week for the first time in months.. How I remember (and especially now), the fucking pain for the 1st two weeks!!! ... oh my god.. i can't move.. I LOVE IT!!!

ESPECIALLY THE ATTENTION I GET FROM SASHA!

anyway... back to the gym.. 2 weeks of pain to get back in the game... not a bad deal!

Bro that is the worst. I took a few months off cause of a injury and I tell ya the pain coming back was inhumane !! I agree I love it !! Best of luck on your return bro !!
