I am doing my first show and I have a few questions that I hope you guys can help me with. I am not clear on the methods of sodium and card loading and depleting. How, what, when and where? I am 7 weeks out and I take in about 150 carbs (all potatos, brown rice and oatmeal) and I am not taken in alot of salt. I am not trying not to, but I do not like the taste, so I am not adding any. I do eat fresh chicken and canned tuna, both are about the only sources of protein that I eat, other than whey powders. Any advice will help. Thanks.
