just want to say hello. i've been competing for about 3 years now. im a fireman and a personal trainer parttime. i've been reading and learning alot of new interesting info on this site. so far im loving my visits here.

i have a question bout the shitloading technique. is it recommended for a "natural" bodybuilder. i would love to use it. im bout 8 days out. also i dont have access to slin. is there another way ? maybe double up on ala? glucophage? also, what foods i could use, pecan pie etc?. thanks in advance with any knowledge that could be lend.

welcome, bro! Glad to have you here! Skip should be able to answer the shitloading question!

thanks Al for the welcome. im glad to be here.. yeah i've been following alot of post and searching. it seems that he has it down. i couldnt find much about this subject instructing how to do it without slin. hopefully skip can shine a lil bit of his light on me.

I would rather be known for something that didn't have the word 'shit' in it but, hey, what can ya do, right? hehe

8 days out. Hmmmmm...... To be honest, I will gladly answer any questions you have BUT I always encourage anyone who is going to do a shitload to do a trial run. This allows you to make necessary adjustments in either foods, volume of food, water intake, and to understand the time frame or 'window' that YOU have to work with as it is a bit different with each person.

With only 8 days, I would be cramming alot of information down your throat without you being able to try it on for size. Can it still work and work very well without a trial run? Absolutely. However, the instruction would be intensive with such little time.

If you are interested in me doing your prep for your last week, let me know. I would be happy to do this. I just think that with your limited time and not understanding the concept very well at this point along with not getting a trial run, it could be suicide on your condition to attempt this yourself without guidance.

No sales pitch, bro. Just trying to put it to you straight.

Let me know what you want to do.

ADD: natural or geared - it won't make one bit of difference. Supercompensation has nothing to do with either being natural or not. Slin is NOT needed in my opinion even though I have used it for insurance purposes. When you are depleted, the body is very sensitive to it's own insulin anyway. You won't have any problem getting those nutrients to where they need to be and relatively efficiently at that. However, you MUST be depleted or the affect will be minimal.

Thanks for the reply skip. hey your known for what your good at. your the "shitman".lol. that lil add on "natural or geared" was a big help. I did a trail run last weekend and filled out pretty good. (no waterpills or decrease in salt was done). found out that the do-nuts bloat me. reese's cups and m&m's was good tho! lol. I'm about 5%bf so i wasn't scared of fat gain. Just curious about the slin. i been using a "body opus" style of dieting to cut, so i pretty much know when to say when and what complex carbs does what to me.
Being a personal trainer myself I can respect you reply. Not taking it as a sales pitch at all. I understand you and I like it straight. I just hate I found out about you so late. If you dont mind P.M me an estimation of fees. I would like to use you in my next show(s). Also , how far out do you recommend contacting you?
thanks again skip.

You have a PM, bro.
Oh, if a client is looking for prep for an entire prep phase, I prefer to work with them for at least 12-16 weeks, depending on their condition coming into the prep phase. The slower the better.

Remember Eddie Murphie's "Raw" routine?...

<assume foreign accent, point at Skip and say with a big grin on your face> "I know you, Skip. You're the SHITMAN!!! Shit on you, Skip! You big shitty guy. Shit on YOUOUOUO!!! "
