Got this from a friend and they are GREAT!

Sugar/Flour Free Peanut Butter cookies

1 Cup Chunky Peanut Butter
1 Cup Splenda - or 24 packets
1 Large Egg

Pre-heat the oven to 350 degrees

Mix the Peanut Butter, Splenda and Egg

Roll the mix into 12 balls and then shape with a fork

Bake for 10 minutes or until the centers are no longer moist.

Cookies will only be 4 carbs each.

These are great for Keto.

ENJOY!!! ;)

I tired them, mine didn't turn out too good, they kept crumbling, I used a different namebrand sweetner though.

Try adding just a few drops of water to the batch. Sounds like they didn't have enough moisture. Or you could also try using an extra-large egg for the mix. :)

I'll try that next time. I was reading the Adkins cook book today had a similar recipe, but had cocco in it, I'll try to post it tomorrow

One of my buds tried adding some protein powder, one more egg, and a touch of water for a protein boost to the cookies. He said that they came out pretty good but you have to play with the amount of protein powder and water. :)

we got them to turn out pretty damn good last night. we did this

1 cup pb
30 packets sugar substitute
2 tablespoons milk
2 eggs
3 table spoons unsweetened cocoa.
baked the same way.

turned out awesome very soft, I think the milk was the trick. they should still be very low carb, but I haven't figured out how many are in a cookie yet.

PB cookies! , How the hell did I miss this.

I can't seem to keep the PB in the house long enough.

Sounds like you've found the magic mix. I would think the carbs couldn't be that much more, maybe 5 or 6 carbs per cookie.

Nice tweak, bro. :D

if the cookies are too crumbly put a piece of bread in the oven with them, it will give the cookies moisture, afterwards throw the bread away
