peanut butter and shake

my problem is that it will stick to the side and wont mix good, or gettin it off the spoon into the blender
 
Try this 1 banna, protein powder choc, 2 scoops nestle quick, 2 scoops non-fat frozen yogurt, 2 scoops peanut butter.

This perfect for a post workout when bulking and tastes is unbelieveable!!!!!
 
yeah guys i like it to but its costly here,.. anyways you all put it in everything!
