I am in love w/my Georgey Forman grill damn this thing does wonders when I am in contest mode....I have a big one and a lil one the lil one goes everywhere w/me so I can cook on the road. It will cook my steak night before the show for me too!!! Hell I am having issues I dont konw whether it is low carbs or high clen, or the fact that all I dream about is food....the hell w/sex I just want food!

I dont low carb anymore. I can't stand the cravings. I just cardio more.

I don't get much satisfaction from carbs at all. I actually did lesst than 30 for six months straight. yummm the power of meat. Fillet is my weekness.

Kinda a pain in the ass to do, but my girlfriend does some trick with heating a paper towel to get it clean quick

That doesn't sound to bad as long as u do it right after it cools down. You can take the grill part out and soak it in soapy water, can't you? I never paid too much attention to them becuase i didn't want another small appliiance to clean but so many ppl have been talking about them lately.

easy to clean use a wet rag when it is still hot....the junk comes right off!
