Question from a newbie!

Ok here's the questions i have,
Im 20 about 5'11, 170lbs. and just started going to the gym about a week ago. Im really atheletic so im used to training, but I was looking for a training schedule and what to eat and shit. I did some reading but thats the problem its just reading, no direction on how to really put on some mass. My goal is to gain about 20lbs. and I would appreciate any info on how I can do this. Im working out at a huge gym that has just about everything you can imagine from waterslides to rock climbing. So in addition to that I want to start doing some serious weight training. Hope I explained myself pritty clear but like I said any info would be greatly appreciated!!!
 
There are tons of good programs out there... I had great results on Body For Life (I kind of sound like a broken record, lol, but it worked great for me)! If your goal is gaining mass, you can do it and basically double your carb portions, and you should see good results. It's great for getting started, and gives you a great basis (and great learning experience with your body) that you can tweak later... but stick with the plan for the full 12 weeks!

No seriously they have a golf couse, a like 6 basketball courts, tennis, hockey, 4 tracks, 2 outdoor 2 indoor, its F(*^%& nuts here!
 
We call that a theme park here, LOL don't mind me I'm jealous.

Only in jersey WTF Must be where jettlagged trains Mr. Robin Leach life styles of the rich and famous. Man I'm gonna catch hell for this tomorrow LMAO.
