Low Carb - Cool N Easy Pie

2/3 cups boiling water
1 package of sugar free Jello 4 serving size any flavor, I usually use strawberry
1/2 cup cold water
1 cup ice cubes
1 tub 8oz cool whip lite thawed

Stir boiling water into gelatin in large bowl at least 2 minutes until dissolved
Mix in cold water and ice cubes stir until ice is melted
Stir in whipped topping with wire wisk until smooth, or use a blender.
Refriderate 4 hours to overnight.

Makes 12 servings.
4.6 carbs per serving.

56 carbs for the entire pie
