I have seen post for about 1500 per side, but you get what you pay for IMO.

I told you, just go to the model airplane section of your local Wal-Mart and buy an x-acto knife, make your incision, use your parents shop vac to suck out the nasties, then add some isopropyl and a bandaid....VOILA, problem solved

One of these days someone'll listen to me

OR, just give me a grand, and I'll do it for you next weekend after your comp

Hey mid just remember you get what you pay for. You don't want to go to some quack and find your self nippleless or worse. I would call some of the more reputable plastic surgeons and ask them for references.

My wife works for a plastic surgeon here in VA. I asked her, and she seems to think the last one they did was right around $3900. She wasn't 100% sure, but she should look into it further for me on Monday....if she remembers.

I never heard of betnar but if he comes reccomended check the refrences. Also call Dr. Vocci to see if it is something he can do or who he would reccomend.

My wife sais make sure that the Dr. is Board Qualified from the (ABPS) American Board of Plastic Surgery. Surgeons with this have completed a minimum of 5 years of surgical training following medical school, including a plastic surgery residency program. After that they must pass a comprehensive oral and written exams before being granted certification. Also ask about the surgeons hospital privileges. This is because the hospitals conduct a strict background/credentials check before granting surgical privliges.

If this isn't enough PM me and I'll get you a phone # to the patient councelor here in VA, even if you don't decide to do it here in VA they can answer any and all of your questions about the operation. I hope this helps.

just be aware that the consultations cost (probably about $75 per)

actually all the consults I have are free except one which is 100 which goes towards the procedure if you decide to do it...

cool... the one place I went for a consult (not gyno, but abdominoplasty) charged me $75 for the consult, which would apply to the procedure cost. The procedure cost was nearly $6k, though! Make sure any quote you have includes everything, surgery room, anesthetic, post care, everything!

My wife also said that the NC area has some of the better DR's on the East Coast so one should be to your liking....

Yeah I sent 3 emails out to docs and the one that was recommended to me was the first to get back to me, so that is always a good sign. We have 3 great plastic surgeons in charlotte that are very renowned so one of them will def. make money off of me!
