Preparing TP from synovex (keeping the ester)

Hi,

This is an alternate Synovex H conversion designed to let you (safely) keep the yummy test prop while removing the estradiol benzoate. The key is that in this method you do not remove the ester group so the product is true test prop. I have used direction's from dazed's site with my own added input based upon experience.

The key to success is diligence and complete adherence to the instructions -- especially wait times and washing, washing, washing the powder.

Please note: I have no relationship with any of the sites mentioned below -- I am just a fan of these folks sharing with my MC bros.

What you will need:

1 yellow bottle of Heet
(contains methanol 355ml)
for every 5 cartridges of synovex H (only get synovex H).

Coffee filters (or painters cap)
Large glasses or jars
D istilled water
3cc of estrogen solubilizer (available from http://www.synokit.com/ with online ordering at http://www.eagleresearch.biz) .

First step

Step 1 - Dissolve Synovex Pellets In Methanol
Dissolve 5 carts in heet. Stirring or swirling can speed up the process.

In my experience only half the HEET bottle is needed to dissolve the pellets. If you want really good results save about half the heat until the next step.

Step 2: Filter out the binders

Filter the binders from the liquid by running through a coffee filter or painter's cap (the coffee filter can be really slow)

Here is where the HEET you held back in step one is handy. First, wet the coffee filter with the HEET (methanol) before filtering your dissolved solution -- this will saturate the filter with methanol and not precious TP.

Now after you filtered all of the solution you can use the remaining methanol to rinse the container and run through the powder in the filter to catch any trapped TP. Remember you need to use all of the bottle of HEET so if you finish and heat is left over pour it into the liquid anyway because the recipe plans on one whole bottle of HEET.

Squeeze the last drops of methanol solution out of the filter. You now have a methanol solution containing approximately 1g estradiol benzoate and 10g testosterone propionate.

STEP 3: Use the solubilizer to enable separation of TP from EB.

Add the contents of the estrogen solubilizer to the methanol/TP/EB liquid. I actually toss the whole vial into the mix after the initial pouring to ensure that all of the solubilizer gets in the solution. Stir regularly and allow 1 hour -- nore and no less.

The solubilizer will make the EB soluable in water but the TP will still be insoluable and remains undamaged.

STEP 4: Separate the test prop from the solution

Add exactly 500ml of distilled water to the methanol solution. It will look like milk when the water is added, this is the testosterone propionate coming out of solution. Let this sit for 5-10 minutes, until it looks filterable (clumpy, not like milk).

Step 5 - Filter the TP out

Filter out the testosterone propionate with a coffee filter again. Let the filter completely drain, then rinse with water. I use a squirt bottle to get good coverage. Repeat this rinsing at least 5 more times. The kit makers only say minimum 2 but I recommend at least 5 and possibly many more -- be patient in this part -- the better you rinse the lower the chance any dissolved EB can get in your powder. Now you have pure testosterone propionate in the filter.

STEP 6: Finishing the powder preparation

Remove the coffee filter and allow it and the powder in it to dry for a day or two. This will prevent loss of powder from sticking on the filter. Then simply put the powder in a container. You may wish to warm in an oven for a while to drive off any remaining moisture.

The powder is now ready for processing. Get some BA and sterile oil along with whatman filters and vials. Follow powder directions for TP. Make sure you use the whatman in this case (whether the powder recipe says so or not) because you want to make sure that you catch any binders that may have gotten past the coffee filter.
