I just though I would post a little info about my training. I started with a bro of mine to do my diet and as time when on I could see that he can get him self in shape but not me. I dumped him about 8 weeks and started working with skip who I have doing my last week prep anyway. I am 6' and holding nice at 266lbs. I will say that I have never seen fat comming off this fast before in my life.

I am training one body part a week and doing 2 hours of cardio ED, witch sucks. 1 hour before the first meal and 1 hour post training. I am hoping to hit the stage around 240 but I dont know because I just cant seem to drop scale weight. but as long as the fat keeps comming off who cares.

skip bro I must say I have been busting my ass bro, time is ticking and I want to do this right.
