Well guys-its 2am-I'm on my third bowl of honey-nut cheerios-gonna have oreo ice cream for dessert-oh yea-almost forgot-HOLY POOPLOAD BATMAN(SKIP)-I CANNOT FREAKIN" BELIEVE IT-I WON THE HEAVYWEIGHT OPEN!!
Learned a ton-I was hard as nails at 6am this morning so I think I spilled over some-weighed in a little heavier than I thought (229) and way over pumped for the night show-they called us to pump 1/2 hour earlier than they should have-and my whole chest cramped-I could hardly breathe!!!-Then just when I thought it was over and I could take my 2nd place trophy and go eat they call me as the winner-then back out for overall and posedown!!-I have never left the gym as tired and sore as I was after that-lots of fun-great posedown-Sunday I eat waffles and pizza with the kids then monday its back on the bike-Excalibur Super Heavy August 23-Thanks to all the well wishers and bros who answered posts and took the time to post journals and articles-I would NOT be typing this without all the support from this board-Rippedchef-Western Carolina Bodybuilding Championship Heavyweight Open Class Winner-God I loved typing that!!!!!!!!!!
