eating for mass

ive read that if you extreme amounts (7-8,000 kcal per day) you will gain mass at an incredible rate. although this practically means anything and everything in site (including sat. fats) i dont know if this is the right thing to do. i would like to gain mass and deffiently eat more, but eat more healthy and clean food. any ideas on how to up my cal intake over 6-7 meals to about 4,000. i need some ideas of clean foods to eat that wont bloat me and make me fat.

If you want to add mass it is almost impossible not to add some fat as well-it is how the human body over-compensates.
