Again I must look to the members of MC for some solid info:
I am writing up my diet fo the next 6 weeks and I need to know the nutritional breakdown on yams and egg whites.
For Egg whites I need to know per egg white (no yoke): calories, grams of fat, grams of carbs and grams of protein.
For Yams: By weight(cooked or uncooked), calories, grams of fat, grams of carbs and protein.
Thanks for any info on these two also any suggestions on which fat aditive to add which is better flaxseed oil or mct oil?
Thanks again

Thanks guys I got the info I needed for the Yams but I couldn't get the info for Hard boiled egg whites. They had hard boiled eggs but an egg without the yolk is a hole different nitritional breakdown. I went to all the sites and couldn't find it. Any one have the knowledge . I know someone must have looked this up somewhere before. Again Thanks.

not to nit pick, but wouldn't it just be a typical egg white?

I may sound kind of dumb because I cant remember the exact names of the proteins but there are certain proteins abundant in raw egg whites but that are broken down during the cooking process.

Nothing dumb about any comments and scorpio if I can get nutritional breakdown on an egg white I would take that. I think a fryed egg white is different then a hard boiled egg white but I don't know if the difference is enough to gander my attention. Although attention to detail is huge in the bodybuilding world could mean the difference between sharp and razor sharp.
Thanks

Use flax seed oil or eat salmon twice a day....but hell it wont hurt to throw the flax seed oil in there...it isnt too bad on some romaine w/a lil lemon juice
