Can someone tell me where all the cut & paste articles went?

I'm looking specifically for the vitamin thread that took me forever to do because I wanted to link another site to it..

It appears that the entire forum is gone.

Oh well..
It's just that it took so long to find all the deficiency symptoms, side effects, etc.
It would have been great to be able to link it here

I'll be typing it all back out over at bouncer's board if anyone needs to talk to me over the next couple of weeks *LOL*
