hi,

I've been reading this board for about a year, and finally decided to sign up and become a MC member :).

I also learned alot from all of you vets like, Presser, Weird Al, Pumpseeker, Pudgy, and so on..I didn't want to ask any stupid questions so that way the board stays clear. I'm glad that I'm here right now, and I hope that I get along with all of you. You know, to me Ronnie Coleman, or Jay Cutler aren't my idols, you guys are and especially the ones that went to compete, like Presser, Weird Al, and midw.champ, I totally feel you guys. You all are number #1 champions... now, I'm going to tell you a little bit about myself..I've been lifting heavily for over 3 years right now, and I'm also a young fella. Yes, I did two bulking cycles, QV gear, Test/Deca combined with dianabol. I was able to keep most of the gains, so right now I'm clear, going all naturally, until the time comes right. I didn't use any AS, for about 6 months right now, and I'm planning on staying clear for about a year or two. Now, most of you are going to think that because of my age, I didn't have to do AS because I'm still young...well guys I leared alot from you, so you're the one who tought me..everything about AS..I read everything from day to day every single AS thread everything for about 9 months then I got myself ready and knew what I was doing...alright enough of that lets move to my workout..

I workout 6 days out of 7...each day, I do different bodyparts...and I'm trying to answer all the questions that my body and muscles are asking for...I recently started doing cardio, since thats the right thing to do... 15-20 mins cardio right after a workout....what bothers me is whenever I do a fat burn or a straight up cardio, I'm scared that I'm losing my mass, or am I just exaggerating all this...I want to be able to have that mass on my and built trhe muscle in the same time..but I'll continue to do my cardio every day...

And the last part is my stats:

Age: 18
Height: 6'0 / 6'1 ( I'm not really sure )
Weight: 201lbs
Bodyfat: 11 - 12 %

My goal is to be on that stage one day competing and winning... I hope that comes true...anyways thanks for everything...

Kinda hard NOT to lose some muscle mass when dieting and doing cardio......at least I haven't figured out how to do it....lol
 
Winning Eleven, welcome to the board. Glad you decided to join in and introduce yourself. It's nice to know MC has helped you, and it sounds like you have a good head on your shoulders.
If you are going to do cardio right after your workout, try to drink a shake before you do, so that your body has some protein right away. It is important to take advantage of the "golden hour" right after a workout.
 
Welcome to MC. I wish you would stay clear of a.s. until your body fully matures, that being said I do appreciate the time you have taken to learn how to do it properly. If you have any questions please ask.
