What's up?!
I've been away for a long ass time due to working quite a bit and trying to get some money for a few projects on my car that pretty much went south
I haven't even lifted since early June since our gym kind of went to Hell. The owner is having a BIG power trip and treats everyone like they're a damn kid; yet she wonders why half the members have went elsewhere. Oh well, I'm joining another gym so I hope I can adjust to the enviroment quickly. On the upside, I won't know that many people so I don't have to be nice and socialize with everyone.
Anyhow, I'm in the stages of planning my meals, routine, etc. with school starting on Monday along with Grappling.
Sunday night, I'm going to take some before pics since I've lost 13lbs (down to 155 from 168) and wanting to reach 175 before the year is out. I figure it'll take me a month, to month in a half before I'm back to where I was and proceed to keep busting my chops in the gym.
It's good to be back and wish me luck.
