IFBB and diuretics!

Hey guys I am competing in an ifbb show and as you may know IFBB is drug tested suppose I wish to take some form of diuretics how long do they stay detectable ? I read somewhere that demedex is not on the banned substances however that is one loop diuretic I would gladly avoid! Thanks bros!

Since when did the IFBB start drug testing???

Amateur shows are drug tested ever logged into their site? Anyway in my country every year they bust somebody from the show and put them into the newspapers and I DONT WANT THAT TO BE ME!!!!
