lose belly without getting thinner

i'm already pretty thin. im 5'7" 130 lbs. the problem is i still have a belly. im confused. i workout 5 days a week mostly weights. i cut back on cardio because i felt i was getting too thin. i already eat pretty healthy. similar to the south beach diet, chicken, vegetables, no white bread, rice, or potatoes. what do i need to change
 
Cardio is key to fat loss !! Are you doing cardio ? What types give us more info to help you out age, gender, work out routine ??
 
i have only been doing cardio 3 days a week. usually 45 min on the treadmill between 3.5 and 4.3 mph, at incline. i workout with weights 4 to 5 days a week using a split routine. i use fairly heavy weights. 3 exercises for each body part and 3x8-12. i'm a 28 year old female. if i add too much cardio will i lose muscle too?
 
you might try a higher intensity but shorter cardio, either sprints, or a BFL style 20 minute interval training cardio.
 
I would suggest trying HIT cardio-If you have a track near your house or a large open area you sprint @ 200 yds then walk 200 yds then sprint 200 etc-3days per week 20 mins per day.

I would switch up on the cardio your body has probley adjusted to the treadmill...need to shock it every once in a while.... try another form of cardio.....take a spinning class, run outside, kickboxing just something a little differ to wake your body up from the same old treadmill :)
 
I agree to switching up your routine. A good work out is an interval training you can do on the treadmill. Do 20 min of 1 min sprint 1 min jog for 20 min... make sure you do a warm up and a cool down as well.
 
Major problem is that you cut back cardio work out. It is the key to burn and get rid of body as well as belly fat. You need to come back. Running, swimming and walk are the better and easy form of burn calories. Also use 8 to 10 glass of water daily. Avoid bad habits like eating more with out proper time period. Take green tea. By this way to can easily reduce belly fat with out tinny body.
 
Wow some old threads coming back. When you lose fat you are going to get thinner meaning you will weigh less. If you are weight training and doing cardio you will change your body composition.

Some tips for you to lose belly without getting thinner. Do exercise regularly and never skip breakfast. Increase protein intake, drink more water, drink green tea and take low carb food meals. Do add celery, broccoli, green beans, asparagus, apples, strawberries more in your diet plans. manage stress with regular workout and avoid eating before going to bed.

Lol.. Well you obviously didn't need to lose the belly but not get thinner.. Lmao..I think she was pregnant with Pressers baby and she found her answer after birth her gut shrank..
 
You can' lose fat from one part of body it have to be from whole body.

Weight Loss is not only about, low calories intake, and dieting. But more of exercising, healthy eating, and good lifestyle. Consider my routines below.

Cardiovascular Workout for weight loss.
Cardio Exercises makes you heart intensity high and melt fat overall from your body.

:Cardio Workout – X 3 to 4:

2. Leg Raises - X30 Sec
3. Side to Side Push Ups - X30 Sec
4. Plank – 1 min
5. Double Crunch - X30 Sec
6. Burpees – X30 Sec

Do these exercises at time told and then complete the whole series and then rest for 3 min and then do it again do the series for 3 to 4 times. But remember you need to do all. These all are equipment free and you won’t waste $0 on it. These are no doubt one of the best ways to lose belly fat fast or overall fat from your body.

These exercises will not only make you lose weight but it will turn you fit, get you a lean body The two exercises Mountain Climbers and Burpees are strength exercises which will strengthen you.

> Avoid Liquor totally.

1. Don’t sleep late at night.
2. Don’t be hungry for too long or starve.
3. Take super small 5 to 6 meals a day.
4. Minimum 6 to 8 max hours of healthy, cold and soundless & non disturbance sleep.
5. Jogging and moving out 1 hour after you eat your food.
6. Stay happy, depression also causes fat.
7. Always workout after 1 hour after or 20 mins before your meal.
