I completely missed this thread until this morning!

I had to tell the wife and kids - no birthday cake - but thanks anyway... I did grill out some nice tenderloin steaks to go with my green leafy salad - the steaks were great!

Thanks for the birthday wishes - 44 this year.

Man... if I hang in there for six more years I can do a Grandmasters contest! There was one dude in my show who was over 50, won the grandmasters Div AND placed in the top 5 in the Lt Hvy weight Div in the open beating at least 5 guys that were probably 1/2 his age. It can be done.
