Why do I feel this way ???

I don't know about you bros but it looks like that I'm addicted to my gym...when I dont workout for 1 day I feel so small and skinny - not pumped up...and my day becomes so f..up.. or when i'm having a bad diet for a day or two..I feel so small again..and I feel like I'm 100lbs.. only...why is this...I like soreness and being pumped 24/7...when I don't eat "the way I eat" for a day or two..I feel skinny as hell...I keep looking at my big godamn mirror..posing like an idiot...or..the worst thing is...I have a scale in my room...I'm on it every minute...DON'T EVER have a scale in your room...I'm 6'0, 200lbs, about 10 to 11% bodyfat...I'm looking to lower my bodyfat but gain alot of weight...in the same time..my goal is about 225lbs with 7% or 8% bodyfat...
 
Don't stress over it so much, as long as your diet and training are in place you'll accomplish your goals...........stressing about it, though, WILL have negative effects

Try to remember that you grow on your OFF days mostly as you're giving your body time to rest and recuperate from the ass whipping it took in the gym

Hide the damned scale and only hop on it at the same time each day....your bodyweight will naturally fluctuate a few pounds throughout the day - mine does
