Thought I would tell everyone hello.  This is the first time I've been on this board.  I've been on some other boards before and this one seems great......I'm a college student who has been lifting for 8 years, competing on and off for 4 years.........I am planning on doing a bodybuilding competition for my college this April........and then in the summer I will try one of the new Ms. Figure competitions to see what those are like.  I probably will have alot of questions to ask on and off and will try to help others too!
