Todays review.

Dannon's Light n Fit Creamy yougurt
Flavor- key lime
cost - 5 6oz servings for 3 dollars

o fat
16grams of carbs 10 coming from sugars
8grams of protein
330mg of potassium
significant source of
b12
calcium
riboflavin
phosphorus

but more importantly....

these damn things are good !!!!

also a great digestive aide for those protein increases.

my favorite is the lowe's food (local grocery store chain) brand, blueberry flavor. Heck, now that I'm not cutting hard, I should go buy some. Great with dry oatmeal mixed in, or even fibre one cereal!

we have a publix, im telling you the dannon lite n fit creamy or just regular lite n fit blueberry is gooder

I've had the dannon - I like this better, lol... are publix and lowe's owned by the same company, or do they have the same yogurt supplier? I like lowe's brand better than ANY of the name brands, and way better than any of the other chain grocery store's yogurts
