Gday guys just a quick intro
Stats:
186 cm
90 kgs
12% BF
39 years young
I have been back into BB for 6 months now after a 12 year lay off due to bad shoulder injury(which i still have) and work committments but i am really enjoying it (except for the shoulder pain) and have made some good gains.
Seems from a few of the posts i have read there is plenty of good guys/ knowledgable people here for me to learn plenty off so am looking forward to it .Think i may post in the injury section and see how we go
