School + Gym = T82s Life

Well, I'm back at University for Architecture after taking an incredibly rough year off to work. And damn its good to be back. I get into much better shape when I have more of a routine and less free time on my hands (dont know if that makes sense to anyone).

So I'm glad that I'm finally moving forward rather than being stagnant. It's time for me to kick ass, maybe YOUR ass! HA! Yah right! ;) ;)

The Plan

Hahahaha mail. Yah, Ive been up till 5am this whole week working on a crazy project.

Anyway, heres my workout plan and stuff for the next few months:

Monday - back and biceps followed by some cardio
Tuesday - legs and abs
Wednesday - chest and tris followed by cardio
Thursday - abs and cardio
Friday - repeat (back and bis plus cardio)

*My cardio consists of a serious 35 minutes (not including warm up and cool down) on the elliptical machine or the treadmill*

I may take a day break in there and do a workout on the weekend instead; it really all depends on how much schoolwork I have going on that week. Ive really had some mixed responses on whether or not to do cardio on the same days as weight training or to split it up. I think I'm going to go with doing it together, except on my leg day (jelly legs, jelly legs!) Let me know what you all think about this one...............

As far as nutrition goes, its simple really. Im not going to start off going all crazy low carb or antyhing like that. Its hard enough already, being at school, to stay away from all the junk everyone's eating.

So, small balanced meals, often throughout the day. Including stuff like protein shakes, oatmeal, grilled chicken and fish, salads, nuts, certain fruits (berries, apples, oranges basically), soy milk. Stuff like that. Stuff I like so that I can keep going with this. A few months down the road, I'll see about tweaking my diet to fit my needs at that time cus I'm sure theyll change.

Ive been out of it for too long.......I'm ready to kick some ass!

You got that right. I'm working on that one.

Anyway, just took my third does of clen (started on Wednesday the 17th) and headed to the gym for back and bicep day. Going to finish it off with some cardio (probably about 30 minutes on the elliptical trainer). Today I took 30mcg, up from 20mcg the last couple days.

Still waiting for the jitters to set in........
 
.......and they did! I got jittery after my workout actually. It was back and bicep day today. Did cable rows, pull ups (with help), lower back extensions, bicep curls, and a little bit of abs. Then I hopped on the elliptical for 30 minutes. I was pumped and feeling really good actually despite the fact I didnt get to sleep till 4:30am this morning.

My plan is to be asleep by the latest 12:30am every night. This way I can wake up and head straight to the gym which is my favorite time to workout and it sets the tone of my day really well in terms of everything from attitude to energy levels, to proper eating.

Eating today was pretty well. I find that when taking clen, my appetite decreases drastically and I often have to force myself to eat. I had some plain unsweetened yogurt before the gym, a protein shake with water afterwards, then a tofu and veggie stirfry for lunch/dinner, followed by a few strawberries. And I just had some soy ice cream. Prolly end up having some nuts or fruit later around 9ish and thats it.

Tomorrow is leg day. Bring it on....
