I have been visiting this board for awhile, It is so full of info, I had to join. Looking foward to respond and ask questions. I have been training for 7 years, and had used several suplements in my "horse training" time. I am 6'3, and weigh 265pds. i am at 12% bf right now, and at 6 weeks till my next show. Thanks
