Shug, Mad Dog and my local gym is having a 1 rep squat/bench/dead lift comp sometime near the end of October. If anyone thinks they may be interested in trying, shoot me a PM and I will get you more info as I get it.

This would be a good way for us on the board to get together.

not sure Al but you will be in the heavies...anything over 200 lbs will be considered heavyweight
