drink more Friday-stop at about 6-waddya doin for carbs??
stop cardio wednesday-last leg workout Saturday-go heavy and hard-take off Sun-glycogen depletion workouts Mon-Wed with no carbs and am cardio-carb load thurs-sat am-Man I wish I could get up to see you but with a 2 week old daughter and coming off 2 shows myself I just got "THE LOOK" when I asked if I could go to Boone!!-best advice I could give you is POSE,POSE and then POSE some more-I really didn't think it was all that important until I heard Mike Valentino talking about some other guy saying"he would've placed better but he had no presence, looked tight and uncomfortable-he needs to look confident......needs to spend time posing"-Good Luck bro-let us know how you place!!!

Yeah stop cardio atleast on sun...do you carb depletion mon-wed do a full body workout mon-wed...after your last workout on wed evening you can start carb loading w/dry complex carbs only until you weigh in on fri. I will bet you will weigh in at 190 or somewhere around there. Good luck bro, I will pry see you there!
Oh yeah I would only do 3 circuits going right to next exercise on next body part you will be dead by the time you ge the 3rd circuit. Just as Ripped said I have heard 2 promoters say the same thing about posing...Quincy Roberts and MIke V. also

good advice

Rippedchef gave you good advice.

Between dropping carbs and the carb depletion workouts you should have no trouble coming in under the 198 cut off. Even while pushing water, with out the carbs for the water to bind with you will drop weight as the week progresses. With the final water drop you will lose a little more weight so if you were to be just over on Friday night, you will likely weigh less on Sat morning and can weigh in then.

Feeling comfortable with your posing is important. I practiced a lot and still was not really comfortable with every pose. The more you practice the mandatories and your routine the easier and more automatic it will be for you. If you can get someone who knows how to hit the poses right watch you and give you on the spot corrections. That can be a big help.

Some people stop all cardio one week out. This helps get your legs more cut as most cardio is pumping blood into your legs.

Keeping water intake high until you drop it is the best method, tapering down dilutes the desired impact of the change from too much to very little water. As mid suggests 6pm is probably better than 2pm to stop water intake.

Remember to add some water back in just before pre-judging. Start with about 6-8 oz an hour out and see how that affects you. It should begin to fill you out and make you more vascular. If it seems to be working do it again, another 6-8 oz about 30 minutes before pre-judging. If you did everything else right getting to this point the water intake will not smooth you over but will instead fill you out.

Good luck - let us know how it goes!

OH yeah if you add in a carbosport (whatever the hell the name is) it gives the water plus a shitload of carbs which will help w/vasularity.

I think it's the show in Boone I sent you info about

I think it is the show in Boone, NC that I sent you info about in a PM.

No , can't make it

I have two business trips this week and won't get home until late on Sunday so I can't go. It would be a pretty long drive for me anyway - probably 5-6 hours. Hope to catch a workout at the Golds in Vegas while I'm passing through there. The Golds off of Flamingo is huge with a ton of different equipment and usually more than a few interesting people to watch.

Good luck BigDan! Let us know how it goes.

3 gal is rough I cut back cardio but the bathroom trips have made up the difference i may be doing more now than i was lol.

Stay on target bro-now all the work will pay off-I'm sure you look great now but by Saturday morning after your pancakes I'm sure you'll be amazed!!-Good Luck!!
