Few days ago, I have been experiencing some pain above my left eyebrow - the pain goes away for a while and then comes back, this hurts like a bitch..Its like someone smashed me with a hammer...imagine spliting your scull in half..you'll have 2 pieces..right and left..now my right side is fine no pain at all i only feel pain in my left side..so the pain goes through the left side of my head.. when I start to massage the spot above my left eyebrow I even feel more pain also in my eye..its like someone is trying to push my eye ball in my head...and the worst pain i get is when i workout...you know when you go heavy or even light you tighten your body and i feel so much pain..is this sinus or something else.. I have some Tylenol Sinus pills I'll try 'em too..
Also, next to my bed theres a nightstand with a lamp and a white fan squared one..it was humid as hell a week or two ago..so when I sleep I turn it on, the air blows right in my face.. do you think this might caused the internal sickness or something..I don't turn on the fan anymore since this pain has been happening....any info on this ??

My training partner had EXACTLY the same symptoms @ 4mo ago-It turned out that he had a compressed nerve in his upper-back/lower neck area and the pain was translating to his forehead. A massage therapist and chiropractor got him back in lifting shape in about 3-5 days of daily therapy!

hm..sounds strange since I don't feel any pain in my upper back or my neck...for one week i've been lifting heavily, and always forced last 2 reps on my regular 12reps making it 14reps..maybe when i force myself to do this it gave me a side effect..and the bone hurts as well...above my eyebrow..if it doesnt go away ill see a doc.

Most probably a sinus deal. The possibility of a neck issue is likely. It could be from the C1, C2 area. The suboccipital muscles can refer pain dirrectly behind the eye on the ipsilateral side. Almost like a poker pushing your eye out from the back.

Yeah BLEED GREEN, you're right..it hurts the most when I workout..and it gives me a great deal of pain too...I'll go a little lighter until the pain doesn't go away..but radical_P could be right as well..it could be a sinus.. When the "REAL" pain occurs then I can feel it in my brain as well.
