just to let everyone know I'm about to turn 21, I have been working out a year when i finally got my bowflex. getting stronger everytime.

right now i weigh 170 and i am 6'1, one day i hope to be as big as gunter!!!!

i've never seen a band flex, maybe i'll look into that next.

man i have loved the bowflex only 20 minutes a day 3 days a week.
